What is it like to study in a different city, a different country, within a different academic system—but with the same dreams?

These were the key questions explored at the motivational seminar “Open Your Index to the World,”  held on May 27 at the University of Priština in Kosovska Mitrovica. Organized by the University Alumni Association as part of the Erasmus+ AL4LIFE project, the event aimed to encourage students to take full advantage of the academic exchange opportunities available through the Erasmus+ program.

Throughout the seminar, both the University and Erasmus+ alumni shared their personal experiences, offering practical tips on how to apply and make the most out of an exchange program. Real-life stories from students who had studied in countries such as Spain, Turkey, Poland, and others captivated the audience and brought the possibilities of studying abroad to life.

“The purpose of this seminar is to inspire you—to help you step out of your comfort zone and apply if you’re even thinking about it. At the University of Priština in Kosovska Mitrovica, the doors to the world are open. You just need to bring your index (student record book) with you,” participants shared with the audience.

The seminar provided valuable information and motivation for students to broaden their horizons, gain international experience, and enrich their academic and personal development.
