The OSCE delegation, led by the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities Christoph Kamp and Ambassador Gerald McGurk, Head of the OSCE Mission, and their associates, visited the Rectorate of the University of Priština temporarily seated in Kosovska Mitrovica. The high-ranking delegation was received by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Nebojša Arsić, and his associates.

During the meeting, current developments at the University were discussed in light of the implementation of the Law on Foreigners and its impact on the University’s operations. Rector Arsić informed the guests about the results achieved in teaching and scientific research despite the challenges the University faces. The guests expressed interest in all aspects of the University’s work and emphasized the importance of uninterrupted and undisturbed teaching.

It was agreed that the University administration would remain in constant contact with the OSCE mission in order to ensure timely information sharing and to continue mutual cooperation.
